charles 58994dcd26 Implement multi-agent architecture

Rename the project directory to `oh_project` and introduce
specialized agents (Orchestrator, Researcher, Coordinator, and
Codemonkey) with corresponding persona definitions.

Update `run_mission.py` to use the Orchestrator and add unit tests
for agent creation.
